Assessing dietary habits at the population level is fundamental to craft effective public health policies. Our lab draws on data from large population-based surveys (the Canadian Community Heath Survey, the Canadian Health Survey on Children and Youth) to understand trends and determinants of children’s diet and nutrition outcomes. We are also interested in advancing methods to better assess dietary intakes and behaviours among Canadian children.
